Supporting Our Community & Wellbeing – Telsol Team Project

Our team in Telsol, Denbigh (UK) recently brought our Sustainability Program to life by supporting the Community pillar in a meaningful and creative way.

After requesting a seating area to enjoy lunch outdoors, the team discovered Meifod Wood Products – a local social enterprise that provides employment opportunities for adults with learning difficulties. By purchasing benches from Meifod, the team not only supported a valuable local initiative but also helped sustain a business that had recently reopened after funding challenges.

To enhance the space, the team built beautiful planters filled with bee-attracting plants, supporting local pollinators and contributing to biodiversity. This initiative promotes both community engagement and employee wellbeing, aligning perfectly with our sustainability goals.
